Coir Fiber Mats are an economical and environment-friendly erosion control cover commonly used as a biodegradable surface stabiliser or ‘soilsaver’.  Coir Mats are made from 100% natural coconut fibers and reinforced with clear and fine polypropylene netting, securely stitched on both sides to form a strong mat. When planted over Coir Mat promotes the growth of vegetation, eventually degrading into an organic mulch after a few years, fertilising the soil and expediting richer vegetation growth. Coir Mat is also used for lawn turf growers.
